Faru Graphite Corporation will be engaging with potential suppliers and contractors to develop the Project through a competitive tendering process.

All procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Tanzanian Mining (Local Content) Regulations, 2018 and subsequent amendments.

Local content stimulates local economies, fosters skill development and meets regulatory requirements while improving infrastructure. Faru Graphite Corporation intends to comply with the Government of Tanzania ’s Mining (Local Content) Regulations, 2018. These regulations aim to ensure that companies participating across the value chain of the mining sector maintain minimum levels of Tanzanian employees, meet minimum levels of Tanzanian ownership, and give preference to Tanzanian- incorporated suppliers, who are themselves local content compliant.

Faru Graphite Corporation will be looking towards long term relationships with suppliers and contractors that will contribute to the success of the development project and continue through to operations.
