Faru Graphite Corporation is a joint venture company between the Tanzanian Government which owns a 16% undiluted free-carried interest shareholding and Black Rock Mining Limited which owns the remaining 84% via its wholly owned subsidiary companies. Black Rock Mining Limited is an Australian Securities Exchange listed graphite exploration and development company (ASX:BKT).
Faru Graphite Corporation is responsible for developing, constructing, commissioning and operating the mining project and all associated infrastructure.
